Nick Koenig

Currently a local truck driver by profession. I enjoy most things outdoors and have been dreaming of escaping the employee status for a long time via real estate. Experience: Other than the books I've read, I don't really have much experience. I did buy a house last year, but out of necessity. I needed more space when I found out I was having twins. Real Estate Goals: I want to fix and flip properties not only for profit, but to revitalize my city, which sadly is looking slumsy in many parts. I would like to get on a path where the profit will permit me to quit my full time job to focus exclusively on real estate. As my education and experience grow I want to start allocating a portion of profits specifically for rental property acquisition. The big goal is to have the flexibility in my free time to attend the kids school and sporting events and eventually when my time has come hand off an inheritance that will leave my children set for life. Currently Seeking: Mentors, advice, a first deal to get my feet wet. Maybe a partnered deal with an experienced investor to help me learn a system. With a girlfriend, 5 kids, and a house on the line, there is a lot of risk if I jump in and mess this up.
