High School Chemistry teacher by day, Realtor by... pretty much every minute. I work as a Buyers' Specialist with the Justin Lance Team (licensed agents in TN and MS). As my two career paths might indicate, my core values align with making everyone's goals more reachable through clear and concise education and communication, so clients can make an informed and confident step towards their objective. My wife and I just finished our first REI: a complete DIY house-hack with a 100 year old duplex (converted from a SFH). It took a year to... "finish," and a lot of learning, but we do not regret "losing" the rents we could have gotten if we used a GC.
