I currently work at a credit union as a consumer lending and new account/teller rep. I have been there 10+ years and it's a great place to work; however, I am engage in real estate flipping and rentals for additional/passive income as a long term investment strategy. I like to sleep in and work late. I would love to have passive income for base expenses so I could see my family longer before having to rush off to work or come home late.
