Hello Bigger Pockets, Not sure where to start with this, but here goes nothin: -I'm married with 2 little ones, my wife is an assistand principal at one of our local elementary schools, and we live in the smallest, but one of the fastest growing, counties in TX (Rockwall), just outside of Dallas -I work as a market strategy consultant for a major airline headquartered here in the DFW area (basically, I look at spreadsheets all day long about route/market performance... I love it) -I've lived in the DFW since 2011 and have witnessed first-hand w/much amazement how this area has literally exploded in the few years I've been here -Since moving to DFW, I've moved several times buying owner-occupied distressed properties, living in them while fixing them up, and then selling them -Prior to moving to Texas, I lived in the Phoenix, AZ metro area (Mesa & Chandler) for several years from 2001-2007 and was one of the lucky ones who bought a property in 2004, and sold it 2 years later in 2006 shortly before the bubble burst -I'm a numbers nerd, and my wife and I are ready to move on from just dabbling in real estate and working the "9 to 5", to making our real estate investments our primary source of income
