Just moved to Las Vegas and I'm interested in multi-family. I have a frugal wife (jackpot) and a 2 year old boy, we are thinking we could live here long term. Never thought in a million years I'd be going down this path, but I am excited to learn and grow. love my job and would love to eventually get to working 3 days/week. Hoping this can help.
