I live in Utah County and have always been interested in real estate. It's time to take the pluge and take action! I have a master's degree in family financial planning, and do some financial coaching/budget training part time, as well as am a mom to four littles. My husband works as a construction project manager. Would like to own enough rentals to generate $8,000/month in cash flow.
