I'm a serial entrepreneur and have been since purchasing my first business 6 days after graduating High School. I have been involved in Detroit real estate since 2002, and have seen a lot of things change. Along the way I became heavily involved in the senior living/assisted living business, and fell in love with it. That is my main focus these days, and the opportunity in that industry is a huge one. I am currently focused on two main things: 1) Assisted Living development. I am working directly with real estate investors, and international investors to develop assisted living homes throughout the country. I offer partnership opportunities which allow an investor to outsource all care aspects of setting up, and running one of these types of businesses. The cash flow these types of businesses can create is outstanding, and my process for consulting and partnering on these types of deals is pretty simple. 2) Consulting services in the senior living development field.
