From struggling to stay out of trouble and being kicked out of the house at 18. To having completed over 100 real estate transactions at the age of 26. Noah got started with wholesaling, used that as a stepping stone to get his first duplex and simultaneously started doing flips. Currently Noah owns 15 long term rentals, 5 short term rentals, and is going through the refi process on 13 more long term rentals all while doing over 30+ flips a year.
