Hello BP! I currently live in sunny San Diego but I am originally from Southbridge, MA. I own several properties in Southbridge and Worcester, MA. I worked in property management in Worcester for six years before heading out of the cold and into the sun. Consequently, I know the area very well and would like to continue to purchase property there and throughout Massachusetts. (Lord knows I cannot afford anything in San Diego yet!) I also would like to start doing some flips in Central Mass. I have a relationship with several large contractors in the area and have a brother with a broker's license to help me.
