About myself
I am a full time employee of a Railroad as an electrician and would like to start buying and renting section 8 properties. I hope/am planning to buy my first house in January. It is a double and I will live in it also. My only experience in Real estate is working for flippers and contractors. I plan to own 10 properties and keep my day job.
