About myself
Hey everyone. I just graduated college and am saving up to purchase my first SFR. Currently, I have been practicing by house hacking my own residence. Currently working to maintain positive cash flow by renting an extra room and reinvest in significant capital improvement projects. Need advice! Learning on the BP podcast has been empowering.
