Experience: Co-founded Newsong Buyers Assistance in 2000. A down payment grant program that helped over 6,000 families with nearly $50 million total, until the crash in '07. Been working in entertainment and advertising while streaming live (blues/rock) shows to entertain our troops and others in over 52 countires. Currently serve as the marketing/media/PR director of Dirt Floor Arena & Amphitheater in Tulsa. A 30 acre facility where we host festivals, concerts, etc. Owned by a retired doctor and former backup bass player for Lynyrd Skynyrd. So it's been a lot of fun. Until we found out recently that the property has to be zoned for commercial use for us to continue doing shows. UGH!!! So I'm back into funding to bring in investor group that provides from $100k - $1.5 million in non-recourse, equity funding on income producing commercial properties. Very exciting times. Real Estate Goals: Help as many people as possible to enjoy the benefits and security of property ownership. Appreciate the good advice of industry veterans and savvy buyers/sellers here at BP. Hope I can keep up... Currently Seeking: Income producing commercial property buyers who qualify for a commercial loan, have at least one third of their down payment and are interested in bringing in an equity partner to bring any other cash necessary to close. Or maybe they just want to save cash for build-outs, marketing, payroll, and other likely expenses. That's where my investors come in...
