Real Estate! Real Estate! Real Estate! Working with Buyers and Sellers in the Capital Region over the last several years has only solidified that my passion is, Real Estate. I started out just like most of us here on BiggerPockets. Working for the weekends, paying rent, about to buy a single family home. We were actully under contract on one until it fell apart due to some pretty wacky defects ( story for another time ). It was at that time I stumbled on House Hacking! Thank god I did. I think it was a youtube video, maybe a blog post, either way it was over from there, I was hooked. Fast-forward, we have been living "rent free" for years and are now in our second duplex looking for our next. While Self-Managning these units. I have gained experiences that cannot be found in a computer or a classroom. It's these experiences that have allowed me to provide an above average level of service to my clients.
