Noe Guzman

Have been an entrepreneur(manufacturing/importing/wholesaling/retailing), primarily in the clothing industry since the early nineties, and experienced business from many different approaches. However, real estate investments - buying, selling; have been of interest to me since high school. Primarily, I deal in SFR's, REO's, Short Sales, Deeds in Lieu, Loan Mod's and small Commercial Residential. I'm looking to network with seasoned as well as newbie investors to develop a well-rounded circle of colleagues to help each other attain our goals. I have posted a few of my deals and look forward to learning from all of you.
