I'm still pretty new to this. I'm a restaurant owner full-time but this is my current portfolio 2-family Rehab & Rental: Purchased (2008), Sold (2015) 4 Unit Commercial Strip Plaza: Purchased (2012) all units rented. 1-Bed Condo Rental: Purchased 2007, currently rented. 4 bed/2 bath SFH Fix & Flip: Purchased 2016, Sold 2017 I'm interested in doing fix & flips and getting more rental units.
