Brand new investor. Would like to start off in the Metro Detroit area. Looking for private lenders as well as mentors and potential partners. I'm very knowledgeable about the city having been a resident for the last 24 years. Experience: No direct experience of my own but I spent time assisting my father who owned about 60 units in the Detroit area in the late 90s, early 2000s. Real Estate Goals: Would like to purchase about 4-5 units a year for the next 10 years and top out at 50 units before retiring.
