Norman Lai

My name is Norman and would like to get into rental property investing. My dad owns does rental property investing himself, owning quite a bit of properties (commercial & residential) around the San Gabriel Valley, so I have somewhat grown up around real estate. I am 25 years old and studied marketing in college graduating with a BS in Marketing Management. I recently became interested in real estate this past year working at a property management firm, realizing the potential in what being your own boss can be like. I would like to follow in my dads footsteps and expand even more than what he has accomplished. I want to learn from others aside from my dad on how to invest my money into real estate and do it on my own without his help. I am currently pursuing my real estate license and will take my test soon. I don't know a lot about real estate yet and need to learn a lot of the lingo and terms. Hopefully I can get some feedback from everyone on here to start my career!
