Hi :) We've recently (and unexpectedly) inherited rental properties in the UK, and are selling two of them, to start a portfolio here in Illinois. We have been on a Bigger Pockets podcast listening marathon - and loving it! Lots to learn, and really enjoying the process. We've just found a Realtor to work with in Peoria, and smoke is coming out of the BP Rental Calculator on my laptop! ;) :) We're looking at small multi-family (to possibly do house-hacking because we're currently renting), or possibly two single-family (one to live in and one to rent out) - to get started. In our other business, we are mind-set coaches - helping people to change their limiting subconscious beliefs and patterns (having done that for ourselves). Looking forward to connecting with others here. :)
