Real estate Investor in Atlanta GA - Landlord of Rentals - I own 5 Rentals (3 SFRs + 2 Duplexes = 7 doors) in the Decatur Area 30032 & Mableton/Austell Areas. I am expanding my portfolio to multi families in 2018. Looking to convert my remaining SFRs to Duplexes to double my cashflow. I pay for my properties in cash so my cashflow is solid.
