Interested in all buy and hold strategies. Have BRRRRed one home and also did a live in Fix and Flip that created a great profit. Currently, in 2022, I have a team searching for self storage facilities to buy. My goal is to have at least one facility under contract by September 2022. I am also currently looking for 1-4 unit SF and 5-12 unit Multifamily properties. Preferably BRRRR opportunities, but will also consider turnkey if the numbers make sense.
