I’m a beginning investing in the Dallas and Houston areas. So far I have bought a single family in Houston that I’ll be turning from a primary residence to a rental property, and recently closed on a large single family with a mother-in-law suite in the Dallas area that I will be house hacking. I am passionate about real estate, especially in the area of financial/data analysis, and love the financial freedom that real estate investing can bring.
