Hello BP! I am a new real estate investor house hacking with Airbnb looking to learn! I grew up in the suburbs of Philly, moved into the city for college, and have made it my home. I work as a scientist at a local university and used my employer’s home purchase program for a down payment on a SFH in Philly’s University City neighborhood. I have been successfully house hacking with Airbnb and am looking to buy another house in the neighborhood soley for AirBNB. I love my city, have a heart for West Philadelphia, and am looking forward to further investing in this neighborhood’s success. Looking forward to building wealth with you all!
