Jody Dents

As a Real Estate Visionary, Jody Dents is responsible for providing Single and Multi Family Real Estate Assets for his clientele. Whether it is on a local platform such as Phoenix AZ or on a National Level in (re)emerging States such as TX, GA, FL and NV, Jody is responsible for bringing his clients opportunities in real estate by analyzing the deal first before bringing the asset class before his clients underwritten expectations. Jody’s can do attitude has made him one of Arizona’s top producer in residential real estate in 2012 focusing on the distressed single family class. He also participated in International Projects in Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic and Brazil with the Keystone Capital Group and participated in the development and execution of the company’s business plan; design, implemented new business development strategies and programs; assist in evaluating, planning, and execution of new scopes of services and profit centers. He was also responsible for deal origination and relationship management for single family, multifamily, and mixed use residential investments.
