Nick Knox

My experience growing up rehabbing homes in the community with my family along with my knowledge and experience in real estate investing including purchasing and selling property, allows me to excel at every step of the real estate transaction. Prior to earning my Realtor license, and after receiving a football scholarship at Northern Iowa Community College where I studied business, I worked with children as a student enrichment instructor through Milwaukee Community Learning Center. I am a licensed realtor at Vera Residential Real Estate and owner/partner at Captain Save-A-Home, LLC, a real estate investment company. I am also a certified WIAA referee for Milwaukee Public Schools as well as a certified SPARK Fitness trainer. I strive to address my client’s needs and concerns with quick, accurate and timely responses. My knowledge of the community and prior background in real estate investing have been vital to my professional success. I am interested in networking with other real estate professionals and like-minded entrepreneurs.
