About myself
I am a Principal at Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corporation. Experience: I began my real estate career in 2003 as an Arizona real estate agent. After the 2009 housing crash, I partnered with several investors to do fix and flips and assemble single family home rental portfolios. We ended up completing over 200 flips and acquired over 500 rental properties. In 2014, I co-founded Orchard Funding. It was subsequently acquired by Merchants Mortgage in 2022. Real Estate Goals: Continue to grow Merchant Mortgage's loan platform. Currently Seeking: New borrowers for our fix and flip loan program.
