I'm an ambitious and driven 22 years old passionate about all things Real-Estate. I've been working in the industry for almost 4 years now, starting my journey as a Residential Leasing Agent, renting apartments in a 255 unit building. Last year, I made the switch to property management and currently work as the Building Manager of a 118 unit building in the heart of Downtown Montreal! It has been an incredible experience to say the least and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store. The plan is to purchase my first multi-family rental property (ideally 12+ units) this year, use the BRRRR to increase value and enable me to purchase a 2nd property with the refi money. 5-year vision is to get to a 100 unit portfolio.
