I’m currently exploring the purchase of my first home with my family, and I’m very interested in house hacking by buying a multifamily property. My goal is to create financial security and protect my family while building long-term wealth. I’m also eager to learn how to find off-market deals beyond what’s listed on Zillow. I have over 20 years of experience as a salesman and sales team manager, with extensive training and success both on the phone and in person. I manage a big team of salesmans in current position successfully for 10 years. I love sales. I believe these skills can translate well into real estate investing. Additionally, I’m very interested in learning wholesaling so I can expand my buying options and better position myself in the market. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
