I'm a landlord, a flipper and a private lender. I'm working mainly in Indianapolis, IN, however as a lender I'm not connected to a specific location. I'm looking for experienced flippers that need funding for their projects. I am not a traditional lender, there are hardly any closing costs, I fund almost all the deal and there are no interest payments, because I'm getting paid from the profit.
