I currently work with investors as part of a wealth management team for a large bank. My role is to focus on investment management, retirement income planning, lending, and assisting my client’s attorneys and cpas to execute their estate and tax plans. My interest in helping my clients find ways to enhance their wealth led me to the idea that a diversified portfolio, including real estate, can be a great way to continuously build wealth in all types of situations and market cycles. I try to practice what I preach, as a decent portion of my net worth is comprised of 7 doors, both sfh and multis, in a relatively high cost of living area that gross close to $9,000/month and net about $2,500/month. I also have utilized the equity in these properties to issue private loans to friends to fund out of state flips. I’m passionate about helping people individually to reach their goals and hope by sharing my experiences others can see a clearer path to financial freedom.
