I am interested in learning as much as I can find about REI. I am interested in small multi rentals and flips (since I live in SoCal). My goal is to eventually own storage facilities for passive income to replace my W2 income. I am thankful to BP and the community for the wealth of knowledge that is shared and all the time that members spend to help one another, and I will pay it forward once I am able!
