Started in RE when I was a child. I am a fourth generation investor. I bought my first property when I was 18 and never stopped. I worked as an RE agent 8 yrs and as an asset manager selling REO,s across the US for another 8 years. Then I went into Re investing and have done flip and turn, hold and rent, flip and rehabb, 1031 exchanges, carried notes and lots of creative RE deals. We even bought property in Europe. I LOVE THIS BUSINESS!!!
