Newbie at Real Estate investing; Looking to start off with some wholesale deals and build up to buy and hold for long term wealth. I am a CPA and finance professional, but have not had experience with real estate accounting other than the run-of-the-mill fixed assets type stuff. I have spent my 20 plus years in accounting at the corporate level.
