Peter Eiseman

I started in real estate in the late 80's doing a bunch of rehabs on Long Island. I didn't do any real estate in the 90's due to my engineering career and travel. I got back into it in 2006 doing a handful of rehabs in NJ and PA and owning a few rental properties around the country. I have also been a note investor investing in non-performing 2nds which I am still doing now (2015). I have just recently started another company that will be purchasing 100+ unit multi family apartment buildings in select markets throughout the country. Our goal is to own 2000 units by 2020.
