About myself
Retiring soon from managing my own residential rentals. My adult children have chosen other professions and will not be continuing our leasing business. I've personally written all of our leasing documents and manuals (attorney examined of course) over 51 years. A lot of gold nuggets are there I'd like to see passed on, otherwise they will probably drift into obscurity.
