I am a full-time physician, business owner, and entrepreneur. I and my wife are started this journey of Multifamily real estate investing together and we closed our first deal in December 2018 as we planned. I started with a duplex and then partnered my way into a 22 unit deal this year. Goal is to have 50 units by the end of the year. I plan to focus on Multi-Family projects as I believe in doing one thing successfully again and again. To achieve the scale and to expand our business in future I have come to terms with the concept of OPM. I am networking and looking into private money. My target market is Southern Ohio within driving distance. However I will be investing out of state or further away in near future.
