Own one conventional duplex, it was my first, before finding BP so not as good of cash flow as it could be but I learned a lot. Just bought a second property that has office space and two other area, one being an Airbnb that is doing great. Experience: Bought my first multi-family house June, 2013 in Greenfield, MA. Have been really lucky because I have good long term tenants at excellent rental rates. Oct 2016 bought second multi use property and still perusing area for more. Real Estate Goals: Would like to grow my investments to assure a comfortable retirement, travel and enjoy my extended family. Currently Seeking: Help with financing, Have several properties in my scope that may take slightly more that I currently have means to access.
