Pat Mulligan

I am a real estate broker, licensed in VA (retired-!). I live part time in both Atlantic County, NJ and Atlanta. My wife and I have each been investing for over 20 years-- I think real estate is what kept us together after the first date! I have been a residential, both single family and multi-family property manager for over 23 years, and now work full time in investing and managing our properties, I do the marketing and the numbers, and Cindy is the design expert. We own rentals in NJ, VA and CA, and have flipped several properties as well. We mostly look towards holding multi-family and flipping distressed properties. We are spending more time in our own backyard -- Atlantic City and I am learning a lot about how to ramp up in a new market, where I have no contacts and no team in place --Yikes! I am motivated by the challenge, for sure, and am doing my best to keep up in this fast market. I am always looking to network with other real estate professionals to our mutual benefit. My philosophy is "we can all make money" and am motivated by a deal well done.
