My husband and I are nearing retirement and would like to see some of our savings provide long-term dividends through REI. I am learning a lot very fast through Bigger Pockets. Thank you to the BP folks who have put in so much work to develop this site as well as the contributors who offer such valuable insight and advice on the forums and podcasts! I am an artist, working in stained glass and wood, also looking to find good studio space while trying to dig deeper into the possibilities with REI.
