I got into real estate in early 2016 and since that time, I obtained my real estate license and partnered on a couple multi family properties using the BRRR strategy. Experience: 1 BRRR deal - Boston, MA 4 Flips - Two sold and two currently under renovations. Locations include Stoughton, Roslindale and Weymouth. Real Estate Goals: Continue to grow my portfolio to a point where I can one day have the choice of retiring early and live off the cash flow. Currently Seeking: Leads on single family rehabs and multi family deals for buy and hold in the Greater Boston Area.
