Hello! My WHY is to provide a better future for my family and be able to give back to the community and the person to my left and right. My wife and I currently live in NC thanks to the Army but we’re mostly looking to invest out of state in FL, where we plan to move back eventually. Interested in small Multifamily units and SFHs with a buy and hold strategy! Looking forward to make connections with lenders, property managers, contractors, and other like minded investors.
