Patrick Cox

Hey Everybody! My name is Patrick Cox and I first began my venture into Real Estate after my sophomore year in college when my father and I decided to purchase a rental property in Columbia, SC to help offset living expenses. We eventually picked up another in the area and I knew that this was an industry I wanted to be a part of. I've since moved to Charlotte, NC where I acquired my Real Estate license, and began work for a firm that specializes in distressed properties. I'm working towards reaching the point where I can begin investing in the area myself, and I'm always looking to network. I love meeting new people within the industry with advice and experience to share. If you're an investor interested in finding more fix and flips, buy and holds, or land let's connect! I would also love to connect with agents/brokers looking for access to more off-market properties for their own flips or properties for their clients. Call or text me anytime!
