My name is Patrick Flanagan, I am currently an Electrician. I’m a Marine Corps vet(taught to eat crayons not count them) 08/2017 Bought my first house that I hope to turn into a rental Im selling a 3-2 sfh that Ive lived in for 3 years that I took a VA loan out. Im taking the money I make off that property and putting it into a larger asset class. I’m currently looking for a 4 plex to buy and house hack. I’m also looking for my first brrrr deal in a few out of state markets Update!!! My house is sold!! I have a 4 plex under contract that I’ll be closing on at the end of the month! I have the funds to purchase my first few rentals out of state! Currently looking in several markets. 06-07-22 update I bought and fixed up my 4 plex and have bought 2 properties In Kansas City, Mo.
