I'm married with two young children and I'm currently serving in the US Air Force (13 years). My family and I currently have a single family home in Florida and a Townhouse in New Jersey as rental properties. We are looking to retire in 7 more years in Delaware where we'd like to establish a passive income from rental properties and other investments to supplement my retirement pension.
