Patrick Oehm

In December 2007 I graduated with a bachelors in finance with an emphasis in real estate from Wichita State University. During that time I gained a strong interest in real estate. With my degree being in finance, I have strong working knowledge in numbers and investing. I spent the first four years of my post college career in law enforcement. In February 2012 I left law enforcement and began my current career in sales for a large oilfield service company. This line of work has given me the means to finally invest in real estate. My strongest interest lies in buy and hold and building long term income but I'm also not opposed to flipping. Recently purchased first rental property in Wichita and am actively shopping for more.
