I'm interested in becoming financially independent/flexible through Real Estate (probably a mix of short term and long term rentals). I also have a large interest in Green Building (Passive Haus, Living Building Challenge). The hope is to create healthy green houses that will help people's health and the planet. I have designs for an AirBnB Cabin in the hopefully not too far future.
