About myself
Hello! my name is Pat and I am a real estate investor based in Monroe, MI. I have been investing since 2008 when I purchased my first multi family property. Since then I have purchased 8 properties. I have done 1 flip and I am currently setting up my first deal with a partner. I am excited to build my network through BiggerPockets.
