Paul Chintawat

We live in North San Diego, in a town called Cardiff by the Sea. We have two wonderful young girls and a dog that gets hair everywhere. We love to travel and explore; we’ve been on at least one international trip every year since 2005 (even 2020). We have rental properties spanning six states and have invested in syndications. We were out of the game for a while focusing on family, started back up in 2017.
