About myself
53 years old - God fearing - skater/skier - husband to one, father to none - two great dogs and a really funny cat. I found the biggerpockets podcast on Soundcloud and quickly registered on the website. I listen to podcasts 8 hours a day while I work. I have owned two duplex for about 4 years. I will be adding 3 additional duplex/triplexes in the next 1 to 5 years. We do not employ any leveraging strategies but own our properties outright.
