I started off in real estate buying my first home with no money down in 2001. Then I bought a vacation home in 2008 in Lake Arrowhead. I had always loved real estate and spent the next few years looking into purchasing additional homes but then realized I would much prefer to buy an apartment building. My dream finally came true in 2015 when I purchased a 14 unit building in March. I then purchased my second apartment building in Sept., a 35 unit. I added a 10 unit in 2023. At present I am looking for a 100 plus unit building.
