I consider myself a newbie investor even though I've purchased an income property 2 years ago. I am a grunt, in that I love to work hard and renovate things but not a rocket scientist on the business side. I just found Bigger Pockets and after listening to a lot of pod casts and webinars and reading everything I can, I've realized how many mistakes AND achievements I've made since I bought my first property. Now I'm even more excited about the future and what real estate investing can do for my family.
